• We understand that when you place an order, you want to get your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your doorstep quickly. We own and operate a distribution center in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors to ship the product to you directly from their warehouse, which means you will get your product faster.
  • The availability status of your items will be displayed once you select a size/color on the product page; this availability status will also be displayed on your shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most items will be marked “In Stock - Ships within 24 hours”. These items will ship the same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better chance it will ship the same day.
  • While we do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, of course not all items will be available everywhere at all times! In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one place to ship as one package. We use our best judgment to try to get the items to you as quickly as possible.
  • A shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
  • Most orders will be shipped via UPS, however, we also use USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac.

Shipping Method Description

  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday; holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays are not included in shipping days.

Cancel Order

  • If you change your mind, act fast! Our delivery and order processing is extremely fast.
  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled while marked as “Order Received”. Once an order is in “Order Processed” status, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue for shipment.

International Orders

  • Orders sent to an international destination are shipped via USPS or UPS from either of our fulfillment centers in Saudi Arabia. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Damaged Goods

  • If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Alhawee Motors Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled by the shipping company, but Alhawee will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
